Picture of the Month
Each month, we try to present a photo that will hopefully brighten your day. Our thanks to the photographers who submit these.

With Ron and Pam Rubin on the porch of their Tiburon waterfront condo.

In front of the "Rubin Corner" of my office, proudly displaying the Republic of Tea and a note from Ron and Pam Rubin, the owner's of that highly successful company. Note the equally important drawing from my young daughter, Brooke, on the wall behind.

Mo' Mortgage, Halloween 2007

Ted's Last Halloween. Note Brooke's enjoyment of the event and Carson the unphased ghost. I was Mo' Money, the Rapper.

My clients Mike and Julie came into the office to review the offers on their home in Greenbrae. They got a surprise visit from Doctor Manny, with a flu shot.

I had a slightly different reaction.

I took my boy Carson out to get in the Halloween spirit recently. This is at David's Pumpkin Patch in Sausalito and is a ton of fun.

This is hilarious. My client Ron Rubin owns The Republic of Tea. I met with him last year to look at some property and mentioned how I had a green tea that morning before work. As is customary, I put in my usual two bags, as one isn't enough to kick start my fifty-one year old, high-performance, usually-in-overdrive-but-never-overworked motor. Apparently, Ron took it to heart and embarked on a new line, called "Double Green Matcha", launched in 2008 with great results. He explained that the Matcha process is very old in Japan and involves basically increasing the strength of tea through a short process. Take a look at the new can, available at Cost Plus, Whole Foods and Toodlum's Stop N' Steal in Biloxi. Sadly, not all cans will include the photo of me.  It's these small gestures that make the world  go 'round for me these days, along with my kids.

I met Mick Fleetwood up at Costco, signing wine bottles from his own vineyard.

My sister Laura and her husband Steve with Jimmy Buffett!

True love?

Boat too small?

We heard the cat survived just fine!
